Note: Country of origin: Italy. Image: Vntg. The Chicago could be a sculpture or a chair. The cantilevered seat appears to defy gravity even when vacant and the high gloss surface invites touch. When seated a semicircular rib helps provide the support needed to allow the chair to resist flexion. Lacquered, reinforced fibreglass moulded in a single piece by Skipper.
